DELIVERY OF ORDERED artwork

1.After an order is received from a customer at info@38.242.130.70, the gallery's automated system notifies the customer by email that the order has been successfully accepted.
2. Delivery is free for the Buyer and is at the expense of DONNART Kunst Galerie.
3. Delivery is made only to successfully accepted orders. When packing the ordered painting, sculpture (artwork), the customer is notified by email, the work is handed over to a courier for transportation to the corresponding address.
4. Orders are not delivered on Sundays and public holidays, except under individually agreed conditions. Orders are shipped within 30 working days, but on rare occasions a delay may occur where the artwork is participating in an exhibition, which will be specified upon order confirmation. The delivery is made to the address exactly specified by the customer or to the office of the courier company in the relevant city.
5. Each shipment is insured, the insurance being at the expense of DONNART Kunst Galerie.
6. If the customer does not provide access and conditions for the delivery of the shipment to the specified address within the specified time or does not go to the specified office of the courier company to receive the shipment in time, if he has chosen this option, DONNART Kunst Galerie is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.
