Review: Vernissage Anke Pankoke
On Sunday, September 7, 2025, the exhibition “Metropolises and Other City Views” by Anke Pankoke was officially opened at the Donnart Kunst Galerie. The vernissage was a great success and attracted an exceptionally large number of visitors. Many guests took the opportunity to meet the artist in person and experience her works in an inspiring atmosphere.
Anke Pankoke, born in Cologne and now living in Bielefeld, is an artist whose work is distinguished by exceptional expressiveness and a unique visual language. Her compositions combine bold colors, dynamic structures, and a profound emotional dimension. With a keen eye, she succeeds in casting well-known cityscapes in a new light, capturing the very essence of urban spaces – from majestic monumental perspectives to the poetic, quiet moments of a metropolis.

With “The Silence of Colors”, Siglinde Hofmann and Kornelia Urban-Düvel present two artistic styles that wonderfully complement each other in their diversity and expressive power.
Urban-Düvel’s works combine emotional depth, an intuitive visual language, and harmonious use of color – ranging from abstract acrylic painting to nature and animal motifs.
Hofmann’s painting is intuitive, expressive, and full of energy; her compositions merge spontaneity with inner clarity, inviting both emotional engagement and contemplation.

The exhibition “Summer Impressions” by artist Kornelia Urban-Düvel was officially opened on July 13, 2025, with a well-attended vernissage at Donnart Galerie.
Kornelia Urban-Düvel, born in 1958, lives with her family in Damme, near Lake Dümmer. After studying at the Academy of Fine Arts, she has dedicated herself intensively to painting for many years. Through seminars with renowned artists such as Oliver Konen, Jens Bommert, and VOKA, she developed a broad range of techniques and gradually established her own style. Today, her main focus is acrylic painting, characterized by emotional depth, intuitive expression, and creative freedom.
The vernissage was a great success – the gallery was filled with art lovers, collectors, and guests from the region. The atmosphere was vibrant, welcoming, and inspiring, with engaging conversations about art and a glass of sparkling wine to welcome visitors.
Kornelia Urban-Düvel presented a remarkable selection of works – ranging from abstract and experimental acrylic paintings to figurative pieces, nature-inspired scenes, and humorous depictions of animals. Her art is marked by spontaneity, rich color harmonies, and a keen sense of composition. The response from guests was overwhelmingly positive and appreciative.

Stefan Vennemann – “Abstract Worlds of Imagery”

The exhibition by Stefan Vennemann opened on 29 June with a stylish and very well-attended vernissage. Numerous guests from the region – collectors, art lovers, and new visitors – filled the rooms of the Donnart Gallery with interest, conversation, and palpable enthusiasm for the art on display.
Vennemann’s works developed an impressive presence in this setting. His abstract compositions, often in round formats, radiate energy, depth, and a distinctive emotional tension. 🎨 Light and Character in Color – The Exhibition of Simeon Krastev at Donnart Kunst Galerie
From May 4 to May 17, 2025, Donnart Kunst Galerie in Bad Rothenfelde hosted an impressive exhibition by artist Simeon Krastev – a master of watercolor and oil painting whose style combines depth, vibrancy, and psychological sensitivity.
The exhibition featured portraits and equine compositions that seemed to breathe – capturing not only the external form but also the inner spirit of their subjects. With great joy, Donnart Kunst Galerie presented its traditional Christmas Art Festival, held from December 1st to 23rd, 2024, in the heart of Bad Rothenfelde.
✨ Over the course of three festive weeks, the gallery was transformed into a magical space where art met the spirit of Christmas. The exhibition featured 23 international artists – talented creators from various countries who showcased painting, sculpture, graphics, and mixed media.
